How much does the service cost?
Designed to cost less than maintaining an on-site physician. Your clinic pays a flat fee for its reserved physician time, regardless of the number of patients seen. Fees depend on the recurring physician schedule arranged for your clinic. After a brief introductory call, you receive a written proposal with the services, schedule and fees before signing an agreement.

Florida PIP Doctor works exclusively with participating clinics. We do not accept appointments directly from patients. If you are a patient, please contact your treating clinic.

Our service is telemedicine only. The patient attends at the participating clinic’s Florida location with staff support, and the physician joins by live video. We do not offer rotating on-site physician visits or direct patient booking from home.

Your clinic handles its own coding, claims, billing and collections. Florida PIP Doctor charges the clinic according to the written service agreement and does not take a share of the patient’s PIP benefits or the clinic’s collections.

Within 48 hours or sooner after the encounter, under the service agreement. Same-day delivery may be possible once physician review and signing are complete. The clinic files the delivered report and manages its own coding, claims and collections.
