Initial evaluations, follow-ups and final evaluations use 30–45-minute appointments. Have the patient and assisting staff ready at the start.

Before you book
- Confirm the clinic’s agreement and coordinator approval.
- Select the appropriate visit type from the assigned calendar.
- Check the appointment time in Eastern time.

Prepare the records
- Complete intake and required consent documentation.
- Gather accident history, available imaging and relevant prior treatment records.
- Send records through the channel agreed with the physician before the visit.

Prepare the room
- Have the patient at the licensed Florida clinic with assisting staff.
- Use a private space with adequate lighting and a stable internet connection.
- Check the camera, microphone and speakers before the appointment.

Join & follow through
- Open the assigned consultation link for the confirmed appointment.
- Keep on-site staff available to assist as requested by the physician.
- File the signed report when received and review the documented recommendations.
Need to change an appointment?
Your clinic reserves recurring physician time under its agreement. Notify the practice about schedule changes; individual cancellations do not release the clinic’s reserved time.
