The service, clearly defined

How the service is arranged.

A brief overview for clinic owners and coordinators. Your written proposal provides the details for your clinic.

Your clinic’s agreement

Services begin after clinic review, a signed agreement and setup. Your private proposal and agreement define the services, recurring physician schedule, fees, payment schedule and change or cancellation terms. This page is an overview; your signed agreement governs the service.

Recurring physician time

Your clinic reserves agreed days and times on a recurring basis. The contracted fee remains in place when a patient cancels, does not attend or an appointment slot is unused. Changes to the recurring schedule are handled under your agreement.

Appointments and preparation

Initial evaluations, follow-ups and final evaluations are scheduled in 30–45-minute appointments. Your coordinator books patients within the clinic’s reserved availability and prepares the documents needed for that visit. The patient attends from your licensed Florida clinic, with staff assistance. Additional after-hours availability is confirmed separately.

Physician consultations and documentation

The physician evaluates the patient, documents the clinical assessment and plan, and reviews and signs the medical reports. Documentation follows the visit type and clinical findings. The clinic remains responsible for its own coding, claims and collections. Superbill preparation is not part of this physician service.

Independent clinical judgment

Findings, medical necessity, EMC determinations, imaging orders and discharge recommendations depend on the individual physician evaluation. No specific clinical finding, insurance coverage, reimbursement or claim outcome is guaranteed. Medical director services require a separate written agreement.
